XENOTILT: Hostile Pinball Action uses the coming of stronger opponents on a massive 3 storey pinball field. The SAMARITAN, an alien-infested ship piloted by the nasty XENOPHAGE swarm coming to get you, to pack a whole load of bosses including Hera, a cosmic pirate AI, the Brood Mother and her deadly hive. Erasing the lines between wild level design, dazzling lighting effects and gorgeous pixel art style, each stage feels alive, and thrashing out 9-ball multiball fury and rampaging bullet hell to boot.
The actual gameplay revolves around the aspect of leveling up and surviving through it all. You start to activate the Multiball Matrix, release bonuses to increase your firepower, and enter insane modes such as Hardcore, which puts you to have one ball, the highest power level possible, but no mercy allowed. In EX Mode, you go to specialbonus stages with fairy power-ups as well as save captives who can join Daisy’s team. If you wish to add more spice, there’s always the Crisis Mode which places you in the time attack and by the end, it becomes the sudden death mode. Every new upgrade, perk, and mode change gives you a completely new experience from the game, so you will be playing it over and over again.
